TIDAS S HYPERSPEC

Hyperspectral Imaging provides spectroscopic data with spatial distribution. As a result a 3d-set of data is created in a file. One dimension is showing spectral characteristics and the other two dimensions show the spatial resolution, thus gaining spectral information and their distribution. This is very important for example in process analysis or quality control. Analysis is done in real-time and without sample disintegration.
